Welcome to tatianamartinetmoreno.com. By booking and paying for Spanish lessons through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• Lessons can be booked directly through the website.

• Payments are securely processed via PayPal.

• Payment must be made in advance for a full month (8 classes, 2 per week).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for missed or unused classes. If you pay for a month and do not attend some or any of the classes, you are not eligible for a refund.

• If the teacher is unavailable for a scheduled lesson, it will be rescheduled.

3. Lesson Delivery

• All lessons are conducted online via video conferencing platforms (Google Meet).

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection for the lesson.

• Recording the lessons is completely forbidden.

4. No Certification Provided

• These lessons do not include any formal or professional certification.

• You will not receive an official diploma or language level certificate.
